Give A Bible Project

Y'all to me launching the #giveabibleproject is a dream come true. There are few things that make me laugh with joy like giving away a bible. Why? Because the bible is simply amazing.

I'm so excited about today, and I'm just excited to tell you a little bit about my heart behind the Give-A-Bible project. Now, what exactly is the Give-A-Bible project? Well, about five years ago, my grandparents bought me 25 New Testament Bibles.

These bibles were the beginning of an outreach that my grandparents wanted to help me start. These bibles were awesome, and I loved giving them out.

What people loved about these bibles is that they broken down in bite sized pieces. It was easy for people to read them daily.

Now, what I did was, I made it a point to every single person I told about Jesus, I would give them a Bible,

What was the response? Almost 100% of the people would read the Bible. Why? Because it was in an easy to understand translation, it was in bite sized pieces, and it wasn't as intimidating.

So that's what we want to do. We want to help people read the love letter that God has given to man. We want to give it to people in a way that isn't so intimidating, and really could start someone off on the right track towards a satisfying and fulfilling relationship with God.

We eventually want to be able to give people really nice leather bound Bibles with their names written on the front. Why? It's a gesture to say we love you, you matter, your are seen. Also, this gesture says, your name has been written in the Lamb's book of life.

This is fundamentally what the #giveabibleproject is all about.
